Boys2Men
Boys2Men is a coached gym hour for school kids aged 12 to 16. They learn to squat, hinge, press and carry — and how to behave in a room full of iron. A coach is in the session the whole time. Parents book a tour before the first one.
A women-only group for getting off the floor, carrying the shopping, and trusting a staircase. Loading is joint-sensible. Modifications are the default, not a consolation prize. You do not need to have lifted before.
CEO Strength is a semi-private session for people whose calendar is the constraint. Same coach, cap of eight, Monday to Thursday at 12:00. Strength, intensity, and you are back at the desk by 1.
Group sessions run Monday to Thursday, 5:30–6:15pm. Lift, then a short conditioner, then you go home. The coach writes it. You do not have to invent the session on the floor.
One-to-one when a template is the wrong tool. Weight you want off, strength you want on, a back that complains, or a week that will not fit a group. The coach writes the plan, watches the reps, and adjusts it.
